Trowbridge mental health carer cafe

Our new Trowbridge Care and Share mental health cafe is for carers who are looking after someone with a mental health condition. This cafe is run in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) and they will have a member of staff present at each cafe. For this cafe we will be joined by Carly North-Longley of Wiltshire’s Dementia Team.
