Pottery Taster Session

Ever dreamed of trying the pottery wheel? Now’s your chance!
Join us for a fun, hands-on 2-hour taster session that’s perfect for complete beginners or anyone curious to give throwing a go.

This workshop is the ideal introduction to wheel throwing. Your tutor will guide you step-by-step – from balling up clay and centring on the wheel, to coning, collaring-in, and pulling your clay into a neat cylinder. Once you’ve got the basics, it’s your time to shine with some real throw-down action!

At the end of the session, you’ll choose your two favourite creations to keep, along with your preferred glaze, and your finished pieces will be ready to collect 4 – 6 weeks later.

A perfect way to get your hands dirty, learn something new, and discover whether pottery might be your next passion! This workshop is 18+.
