Introduction to wellbeing – ages 5-10
This session will provide a fun safe space for young carers to meet, make friends and explore emotions whilst getting crafty and making tools to help with wellbeing. We will also learn techniques such as hot chocolate breathing to help manage emotions when they get too big. Please bring a packed lunch with you.
