Asking for some support should be easy, but sometimes it isn’t. We understand it can be difficult and you may have had the same conversations with lots of different people. We also understand that everyone’s situation is unique to them and no one size fits all. Whatever your caring role we will always do our best to help and support you.
The easiest way to register with us is by doing it online here.
Once you are registered with us we will contact you to talk about your situation. This will help us to work out what can be done to make life easier for you. We can have this conversation over the phone, face to face, at your GP surgery – anywhere that’s right for you. It’s probably a good idea for this conversation to take place somewhere quiet and private and to leave at least half an hour to an hour for it so that you have enough time to think about things and feel free to talk.

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to register with your GP as a carer. Many offer free health checks and carer clinics.
