Carers Week with CSW
Whether juggling work commitments or being unable to enjoy hobbies or some down time with friends, many carers suffer from isolation, stress and poor mental health due to their caring role.

Carers Week is about supporting carers to be healthy and connected, and building communities which support carers to look after their loved ones well while recognising they have health and wellbeing needs of their own. Many carers don’t prioritise their own health needs with 51% letting a health problem go untreated. Lets get together and help raise awareness and celebrate these hidden heroes.
