Community Connector - Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett, Calne

Having parents from London, my entire childhood was spent in the North of Wiltshire, Cricklade in particular, when they decided to relocate. I left for the University of Huddersfield in 1995 to undertake a Degree Course in Health & Sport Studies. On my return in 1998 I spent 13 years at Swindon Borough Council mainly in an administrative role. Bar a short stint in Payroll, I worked in the in-house Domiciliary Care Service (Social Services) and then in a similar role in the Intermediate Care Team alongside staff from the Swindon Primary Care Team. I joined Carer Support Wiltshire in 2011 initially as a Support Worker, then I moved into the Referrals Duty Worker role before becoming a Community Connector this year. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, friends and have a particular love of sport, films, music, history and comedy.
