If you look after someone, you are not alone

A young carer is anyone aged 5-16 who cares, unpaid, for a family member or friend. Take our quick quiz to find out if you are a young carer, and how we can help.

Do you look after someone who needs you to help them? For example they could need you to help them get in and out of bed, get washed or dressed, give them their medication or help them when they feel down.
